Service Supervisor
As the Service Supervisor, you will plan, handle, and lead technical support for customers and the life safety service team, to ensure customer and company goals are achieved.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide initial technical support for customers needing service that can be handled over the phone.
Act as technical support and resource for field technicians.
Review active calls at the close of the day to ensure they are properly completed or updated.
Follow up with technicians if service calls are incomplete or incorrect.
Review and create new accounts in Emergency24.
Oversee the daily PET reports from monitoring customers:
Document all activities, including phone conversations, in Q360.
Contact customers and set up service calls as required.
Review Q360 calls in escalated status and attempt to resolve.
Monitor, coordinate, and schedule all SMA software upgrade visits.
Provide lab-based training and instruction to service technicians.
Assist with customer requested service quotes.
Work with CSR to schedule service technicians.
Work with Logistics Coordinator to ensure material needed for service calls is on tech’s shelf.
Works with the Deficiency Specialist to calculate cost of deficiency repairs for submittal to customer for approval.
Follows and adheres to the compliance areas regarding the Company's and customers' safety and other programs.
Supports other areas of the business, as needed, for the continual sustainability and growth of the business.
Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will plan, manage, and oversee projects and provide direction for the project teams to ensure projects align with customer specifications, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manages the projects from start to finish ensuring customer specifications, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Works with the Estimating and Sales teams to develop a project plan, scope of work, project schedule, and Gantt chart for full understanding of outcome goals.
Analyzes the application engineering designs to ensure proper equipment selections are included and properly budgeted at the onset of projects.
Leads and mentors the Project Coordinator and CAD Operator in the development of a comprehensive set of drawings for the project, ensure all specifications and objectives are included.
Coordinates the Owner Kick Off Meeting and facilitates the discussion around the documentation of specifications and drawings to ensure project goals are accurately captured.
Creates and maintains project databases and documentation using computer applications and project documentation tools, including project/program manuals, specifications, meeting minutes, progress reports, transmittals, resource assignment database/matrix, process flow diagrams, and project close-out documents, as required, for effective execution of the project.
Communicates and provides progress reports, cost to complete, and other weekly and/or month-end supporting documentation to ensure specifications and expenses fall within the prescribed guidelines.
Oversees project invoicing, including timesheets, resources and material allocations, expenses, and accounts receivable collections to verify proper billing processes are followed and budgets remain in-line.
Liaisons with the Customer on a regular basis to provide progress updates, exchange ideas, answer questions, and meet the Customer’s expectations in every way.
Conducts onsite project meetings with general contractor, engineering construction manager, owner and CCSB onsite technical representation to ensure specifications, timeline, and budget is met.
Works closely with the customer’s resources such as IT, Facilities, and management staff to ensure all aspects of the project are handled appropriately.
Coordinates the close out of the project with the sales representative and owner in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
Leads the project team, providing direction, leadership, mentoring, and day-to-day management support in accordance with project priorities.
Researches and develops skillset to continually enhance individual performance and the performance of the group.
Follows and adheres to the compliance areas regarding the Company's and customers' safety and other programs.
