Robert Paden
Vice President of Operations
With over 25 years of leadership in manufacturing and distribution across industries like aerospace, RV/trailer, and solar energy, Robert Paden joins Communication Company as Vice President of Operations. A Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, Robert has a proven track record of optimizing processes and driving operational excellence. Holding a B.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business, he also brings a unique perspective as a U.S. Air Force veteran and former Russian Linguist. Robert’s strategic vision and commitment to efficiency will enhance our ability to deliver top-tier solutions to our clients.
