I have been working for the Communication Company of South Bend for over 13 years and have over 20 years in sales and customer support in this region. I have helped customers with all kinds of life safety systems over the years, from new installations to required maintenance. My focus is to add value to the customer by supporting, servicing, and performing annual required NFPA code compliance testing to the systems we have installed or by other integrators and installers. Some of the types of systems we maintain are Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call and Security. I have expertise in working with the customer to design a “life-safety” annual maintenance and testing program that fits their individual code compliance requirements. This includes annual fire alarm testing, fire sprinkler testing, portable fire extinguisher inspections, kitchen hoods and suppression testing.
